NCU Stroke/Skills Clinic – Backstroke & Breaststroke

This Skills Clinic will be conducted by National Centre Ulster Coaches and Athletes assisting the swimmers to refine their skills. 

The cost is £50 per athlete per clinic for 2 hours of intensive learning in a small group setting.

Swimmer should bring their net bag with fins, kickboard, snorkel, buoy, paddles etc. There will be video recordings at every session, and these will be sent back to parents to review.
