Swim Ulster Primary Schools Cup & Championships 2025
The Swim Ulster Primary Schools Cup & Championships 2025 will take place at Aurora Aquatic & Leisure Complex, Bangor on Saturday 29th November 2025 – this event is open to swimmers aged 9-12 years as follows :
Group 1 – 9 – Born 1st September 2016 to 31st August 2017
Group 2 – 10 – Born 1st September 2015 to 31st August 2016
Group 3 – 11 – Born 1st September 2014 to 31st August 2015
Group 4 – 12 – Born 1st September 2013 to 31st August 2014
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT SWIMMERS COMPETE AS THE AGE THEY WILL BE ON 31st August 2026. All events will be run as Heat Declared Winner. Please check the Volunteer Rota to see if your school has been assigned a role.

THIS HAS BEEN A FULLY MANUAL INPUT OF ENTRIES AND MISTAKES DO HAPPEN. PLEASE DO NOT WORRY IF THERE IS A MISTAKE OR AN OMISSION IN YOUR ENTRIES. WE CAN CORRECT THESE IF IT IS DONE BEFORE 9AM ON FRIDAY 28.11.25. If you have any amendments/withdrawals can you please let me know by emailing admin@swimulster.com by 9am on Friday 28th November 2025.
The timeline for the day will be as follows:
AM Session – 9-10 year old swimmers
Warm Up – 9 year old – Girls – 8.15am-8.30am
10 year old – Girls – 8.30am-8.45am
9 year old – Boys – 8.45am-9am
10 year old – Boys – 9am-9.15am
Start – 9.30am Sharp
PM Session – 11-12 year old swimmers
Warm Up – 11 year old – Girls – 12.45pm-1pm
11 year old – Boys – 1pm-1.15pm
12 year old – Girls – 1.15pm-1.30pm
12 year old – Boys – 1.30pm-1.45pm
Start – 2pm Sharp
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WARM UP TIMES ABOVE WILL BE IN THE MAIN COMPETITION POOL ONLY – THE DIVING POOL WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR THIS COMPETITION.
WE REMIND ALL PARENTS THAT THE SWIM IRELAND TECH SUIT POLICY WILL BE IN FORCE AT THIS COMPETITION – NO TECH SUITS SHOULD BE WORN
Swimmers must take care when moving between the Spectator Area and the Pool Deck – the stairs can get very wet and slippy.
Parents / Guardians should ensure that swimmers are at the Marshalling Area in good time for their race (15 minutes before the scheduled time) – we will not wait for swimmers to arrive and will not be able to fit them in if they miss their swim.
THERE WILL STRICTLY BE NO PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT, EXCEPT FOR SWIM ULSTER APPROVED PERSONNEL.
As this will be a very busy day we would ask that you please ensure that you leave the area where you are sitting free from rubbish when you leave. All participants in Session 2 must have cleared the building by 6pm.
