Swim Ulster Senior Schools Cup & Championships 2025

The Swim Ulster Senior Schools Cup & Championships 2025 will be held at Aurora Aquatic & Leisure Complex, Bangor on Friday 7th February 2025.  Please find below the Entry Lists in alphabetical order by School Name.  The Session Reports & Volunteer Rota can also be found below.

The following information is VERY important and we urge you to read it carefully.

  1. Please check your school’s entries carefully.  We have received entries from 133 schools.  This is a fully manual input and it is inevitable that some mistakes have been made.  In order for the day to run smoothly we need you to let us know if any of your pupils cannot attend. Withdrawals, ommissions or corrections must be emailed to admin@swimulster.com by 10am on Thursday 6th February 2025 – we will go to print with the programme at that time and no further changes will be made.
  2. The Volunteer Rota is attached – the roles have been assigned on the number of entries received from your school.  If your school has been assigned a role you MUST arrange for someone to cover this role.  If you are splitting the role everyone must attend the briefing at the beginning of the session.  If anyone would like to volunteer to carry out a role please let me know by email at admin@swimulster.com.
  3. This event will be held in Long Course (50m) Format.
  4. Due to the number of entries received this will be a Heat Declared Winner event – that means there will be NO FINALS – medals will be awarded to the top 3 swimmers in each event in each age group – Junior (12-14), Intermediate (15-16) & Senior (17-19).
  5. If you have not already done so, all gala fees should be paid immediately.
  6. The Meet Conditions surrounding the 400m Free event has been applied already to these lists. A refund will be refunded by PayPal to those who paid through JotForm or will be at the Reception Desk on the day for those who have paid by Bank Transfer or Cheque for the 400m Free event.
  7. This event will be a no photography or video event in the spectator area and on poolside except for Swim Ulster Staff – there will be a stand in the Reception Area where photographs can be taken – please ensure that swimmers are fully dressed for photographs.
  8. It is a Swim Ireland Policy that phones must be switched off in the toilet facilities and changing rooms at all times.
