Swim Ulster has confirmed that its third Coach Developer Programme will take place from March to December 2026, continuing its commitment to supporting and developing coaches across the province.
The programme will offer a structured blend of practical experience and professional support. Coaches will take part in group coaching sessions at Swim Ulster events, working alongside peers, and will also gain experience at Swim Ulster meets under the guidance of a dedicated Coach Developer.
Participants will receive observed coaching sessions within their home programme, with personalised feedback and clear focus points to support ongoing development. In addition, the programme includes planning meetings designed to assist with season structure, training cycles, and effective session planning.
