Swim Ulster Club of the Year
We are inviting nominations for Swim Ulster affiliated Clubs that have developed an environment where young members enjoy safe, fun experiences and are given opportunities to develop skills and compete in their chosen aquatic discipline. Provide an example of how your nominated club has provided opportunities for members throughout the 2024/25 season.
- Club achievements
- Increased/Sustained participation
- Produced and implemented a Club Development Plan
- Demonstrated fair play and a good sporting attitude.
- Education/Training/CPD – of volunteers, teachers, coaches
- Community and member engagement

Swim Ulster Volunteer of the Year
We are inviting nominations for volunteers from Swim Ulster affiliated Clubs who have shown dedication in fulfilling essential roles within the club. Provide an example of how your nominee contributed to the club throughout the 2024/25 season.

Swim Ulster Head Coach of the Year
We are inviting nominations for Head Coaches from Swim Ulster affiliated Clubs who have developed an environment where young members enjoy safe, fun experiences and are given opportunities to develop skills and compete in their chosen aquatic discipline. Provide an example of how your nominee provided opportunities for members throughout 2024/25
- Engagement with the athletes they coach
- Engagement with athletes in other squads in the club
- Engagement with Swim Ireland / Swim Ulster Performance and Coach Development staff
- Achievements within the club e.g. competition results (at all levels)
- Increased/Sustained participation rates in 2024/25
- Has contributed to the planning and implementation of the Club Development Plan
- Encouraged Education/Training/CPD – of coaching team
