The European Aquatics DEI Conference 2024, which takes place at the Hilton Hotel in Belfast on 27 September, is a landmark event that underscores the importance of embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion in aquatics. By fostering a culture of inclusivity, we aim to enhance the experience for current athletes and pave the way for future generations.

We are inviting the whole sports community to gather in Belfast, the discussions at this conference, lead by world class Irish and international speakers, will undoubtedly inspire change and lead to a more vibrant and equitable sporting world.
