From the last two Future Challengers meets in Lisnasharragh & Lisburn, massive congratulations to everyone who achieved the Medley Pentathlon award by racing & competing in their respective events for their age group!

On the last day of the meet, we witnessed some SUPER fast racing, but tonight's Swim of the Day, picked by Mark Craig (Ulster Pathway Development Coach) goes to Owen Fitzpatrick of Sliabh Beagh ASC!👏
